Paul Maseyk
resident June 2007- July 2008

Paul MASEYK comes to the Bray from New Zealand. He began his career as a potter, but realized that while he did not enjoy throwing pots all day, he could spend hours at a time drawing on his pots. He looks at classical Greek forms as reference, twisting them around to suit his purposes.

"Ordinarily I live and work in New Zealand, but I am happy to be here. I make things for most of every day. I find this works well."

Current work can be viewed at www.maseyk.com
